Thanks for your script ‘The Other Christmas Story’ which went down well at the beginning of our carols service. Loads of audience participation, fun but with a serious message.

I have been unsuccessful in down loading my purchase of 2/08/2012. Why? What kind of file is it?

Sorry that you have had a problem with this! I have downloaded the file from the link that you should have received and am attaching it in an email.
In order for me to check what went wrong, may I ask how far you got before you encountered the problem?
The file is a PDF file which is a common format and most computers will open it without problem. If you still have issues then it may be that you have not got Adobe reader installed, you can download it at http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/reader.html
